1. SHIPPING METHODS
We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and weight. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited options are available for additional fees.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and may take 10-30 business days. Findmarket is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Costs are displayed at checkout before purchase. Some orders may qualify for free shipping.

6. PACKAGE TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment. Findmarket is not responsible for packages after they are delivered to the carrier.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Lost packages should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Refund Policy. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

9. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Deliveries to residential addresses may require a signature. Packages are left in a safe location if no one is available to sign.
